Combining  universal chemistry with proprietary informatics, SERA assesses antibody repertoires to address research and clinical needs.

Data Analysis

Our bioinformatics pipeline identifies epitopes and motifs associated with disease or any perturbation observed by the immune system.

The signals observed in the assay can then be used to understand the immune profiles between individuals and cohorts to compare disease vs normal states to identify different immune profiles.

The SERA Assay can identify specific antigenic epitopes.

The recognized peptide sequences can be arranged in a heatmap to demonstrate the differences or similarities across samples.

50 ul of serum or plasma per sample.

Minimal information about the samples.
